Refund policy

  • You have 30 days from the delivery date to request a return.

  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition (we know you tried it on… we mean no makeup stains or horse hair, okay? šŸ˜‰).

  • To start a return, shoot us an email at semardesignstudio@gmail.com with your order number and what you'd like to return.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless we messed up. If it’s our mistake, we’ll make it right.

🚫 Non-Returnable Items

We’re all about fairness, so here’s what we can’t accept back:

  • Worn or washed items

  • Custom or personalized orders

  • Clearance or sale items

  • Gift cards

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll send you an email to confirm. If approved:

  • Your refund will go back to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

  • Shipping charges are non-refundable (unless it's our fault).

Need a different size or color? No worries!

  • Email us within 14 days of delivery and we’ll guide you through an easy exchange process.

  • We’ll hold your hand—figuratively.

ā° Late or Missing Refunds

If it’s been over 7 business days and your refund still hasn’t posted:

  1. Check your bank or card company again (sometimes they’re just slow).
